B.B.
B.B. is a gentle giant who loves everyone.
Thanksgiving Holidays 2022, B.B. was picked up by Animal Control on a report of biting someone. Talking with the residents of the camp, it is common practice for people to report an owner's animal when they are mad at that person, just for spite. B.B. was scared of his own tail. He would never bite anyone. B.B. has never returned to the camp and we fear he was put down. We will miss his sweet disposition.
Bullet
We met Bullet in early October 2022. He was thrown from a moving car and rescued by Mr. Henry. Sadly 2 weeks after we met him, he was stolen from the encampment. We are searching for him and hope that he is ok.
Soldier
We met Soldier on our Nov 10, 2022 feeding. It was our first time seeing him around. His human was saying that he was going to have to give up Soldier because he couldn't take care of him. We assured him we would handle his food needs. We hope to see Soldier in weeks to come and help his owner find a solution to keep his companion.
Cade
Sept 2022-Cade is a lovable and affectionate pit bull who was very sick when we found him. Thanks to the generosity of a local veterinarian, he is on the mend with the right medications.
Jan 2023-the City of Dallas swept the camp which Cade resided and we have yet to locate him. We continue search for him each week.
Diamond
12/29/22-Say hello to Diamond! Diamond is an energetic pitbull who loves to lick you.
Jan 2023-the City of Dallas swept the camp which Diamond resided and we have yet to locate her. We continue search for her each week.
Lola
We met Lola December 15, 2022 at our regular Thursday Feeding. She has a beautiful playful spirit. She is in the same encampment with Cade.
Because of Lola's disability of being deaf, she was traded to another camp to someone who could handle her active disposition.
